In the video clip, you will see a beautiful lady wearing the Emirates Flight Attendant Dress standing on the top of the World’s Tallest Building Burj Khalifa to deliver the message of celebrating the Travel rule changes in the UK.
There are various ways of celebrating news in life. One of the ways is standing at the tip of the tallest building in the world at a height of 830 meters. And that’s how the creative minds at Emirates celebrate this news.
This video which has gone viral all over the internet was shared by the Emirates page celebrating the news that the UAE has finally been taken off the UK’s red list and upgraded to amber as travel rules change.
In this video, a woman wearing the Emirates’ flight attendants’ uniform can be seen holding boards that read, “Moving the UAE to the UK amber list has made us feel on top of the world.”
After this video, if one wants to learn marketing, they should definitely go to Emirates’ marketing team to seek some good ideas. Emirates Airlines has for sure achieved greater heights with this amazing shoot. They have captured the entire world’s eyes with this campaign.
When the drone camera zooms out in the video, the woman can clearly be seen standing on the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa. This extraordinary and adventurous shoot was carried out with the help of helicopter and drone filming company Chopper shoot and has been produced by Prime Productions AMG and TECS Event Services.
She, in real life, is a skydiver and stuntwoman Nicole Smith-Ludvik, who had been enlisted for the ambitious shoot. She would surely be honored to be part of this “on top of the world” shoot. What’s cooler is that she’s also a flight attendant, so this makes the advert even more genuine. The stunt obviously required a vast amount of planning, documents, and safety contingency to be able to go ahead with the plan which eventually came out beautifully.
She took to her Instagram, “This is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing and exciting stunts I’ve ever done. A big shout out to Emirates Airlines for your creative marketing idea! It was a pleasure being a part of the team.”
Smith now joins only the very few individuals who have had the chance of standing at the pinnacle of the world’s tallest building – including Tom Cruise and the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Though when the video came out, there were a lot of speculations on whether this is actually a real photo or it has been photoshopped or could have easily been done in front of a green screen. Every person viewing the video had the same doubt. To clear this out, Emirates actually shared a behind-the-scenes video for this shoot.
They tweeted on their official Twitter handle “Real or fake? A lot of you have asked this question and we’re here to answer it. Here’s how we made it to the top of the world’s tallest building, the @BurjKhalifa,”
“Being part of such a special project – not only for the fact that we were trusted to help bring this to life (yes, this is very very real), but also what it means for so many families who have been separated from their families here in Dubai and the UK. Definitely a project we’ll remember forever,” TECS Event Services wrote on their social media handle highlighting how special this project will be for them.
